FY 2010 FIRST QUARTER REPORT RELEASED 4/28/10
The Clerk has released the first quarter 2010 report for the Office of the Board of County Commissioners, a copy of which is posted to this website. The Clerk is pleased to announce the launch of the Appointed Boards & Commissions web pages on the Legislative Information Management System (LIMS) website. Included in these pages are links to each appointed board or commission, rosters, the appointment process, liaison assignments, vacancy report, and how to get involved in a board or commission. LIMS USER GUIDE RELEASED 4/26/10
The Clerk is pleased to announce that a LIMS User Guide has been created providing an in-depth look at navigating the LIMS website. Each page includes a link to its specific user guide on how to navigate the page. A list of user guides can be accessed by clicking here.
2011 BUDGET WEBSITE LAUNCHED 3/05/10
The Clerk of the Board—working in conjunction with the County Manager’s Office and the Budget & Financial Planning Department—is pleased to announce the launch this week of the Fiscal Year 2011 County Budget website. As in past years, this website provides convenient access to a variety of information; including: details about the budget process, the 2011 budget timelines and meeting schedules, staff reports and department budget presentations, summary budget information, and other relevant documents. The site can be accessed at countybudget.jocogov.org. Access to the 2010 and previous budgets is also available through this site. Please be sure to check this regularly to ensure you have the most current information about the 2011 Budget process.
