The Board Read Files are a reading file of general correspondence and other communications addressed to the Board of County Commissioners. The read file is electronically circulated to all Members and to executive staff; the original documents are filed with the Clerk, and are subject to public disclosure and inspection in accordance with the Kansas Open Records Act.
